Before your trip
How is the price calculated?
Parking days are calculated using local time in Stockholm. Each parking day, or part of one, is charged as a full day. Outdoor parking costs 70 kr per day for the first 7 days, then 40 kr per day. Garage parking costs 100 kr per day for the first 7 days, then 60 kr per day. The price of your selected transfer is added once for the whole group. We confirm the full price before your stay begins.
One parking day runs from your start time to the same local time the next day in Stockholm. Changing the clocks in spring or autumn does not change the number of days charged.
When is my booking confirmed?
After receiving your request, we check availability and arrange the transfer time and luggage space with you. We confirm the dates, price, meeting point and terms using your chosen contact method. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received our confirmation.
Who keeps the keys?
If you only use an ARN Parking vehicle for your transfers, or do not book a transfer, you park and lock your own car and take the keys with you. This applies both outdoors and in the garage: your car stays where you parked it and we do not move it. You only need to leave your keys with our driver if you choose your own car for either journey. We agree the handover and return arrangements in advance.
Can I leave my car at the airport?
Yes, if that suits you better. Park with us and use an ARN Parking vehicle for your transfer to and from the airport. Or hand your car and keys to our driver at Arlanda. The driver takes your car to the car park and brings it back when you return. You can choose this for your outward journey, your return journey or both, at no extra charge beyond the selected transfer price. Choose an option for each journey in the form. We agree the time and meeting point in advance.
How we use your request details
Your name, contact and travel details are used to calculate the price, arrange parking and respond to your request. Children's ages, heights and weights are needed to choose child seats for the transfer. These details are available to the parking operator and are not published on the website. We do not use them to send marketing messages. To update or delete your request, email us. Include your request number. We agree the booking and payment terms with you before your stay begins.
